Using AD7682 sampling, the resistance between VDD and GND is normal before power-on. After power-on, the resistance is only a few tens of ohms for a period of time. If you continue to work, it will be short-circuited. What will cause the resistance of VDD and GND to become lower?

How do you judge the resistance between VDD and GND after power on?

Wouldn't it be to measure the resistance with a multimeter during live work? The resistance value can only be measured when the power is off.

SMD capacitors, I often encounter leakage of SMD capacitors, especially 105 and 106 are more, 104 is less! The most outrageous energy is the same as a 0 ohm resistor!
