1. As shown in the figure: What does the i2c signal connect to a mos tube?

2. If not connected, what functions will it affect?

Thank you!

Please connect the HDDBP_I2C0_SDA/CLK signal to the device side and paste it...Is there a pull high resistor in this path? What is the power supply? In addition, what product is the large circuit applied to? …On our circuit (NOTE BOOK ) There is a similar circuit! But the D pole and S pole of MOS are connected to the same POWER LEVER, but the power state is different... One is S5 power, the other end is S0... This application is for leakage... To ensure that it is in S5 state …There will be no electric leakage to the S0 power plane. So, my conclusion is that similar circuits are used in different products...The purpose is different...

There are many ways of level conversion, and the one you texture is also one. What we are talking about now uses the body diode of the MOS and the switching action of the MOS itself to achieve level conversion.

Level shift circuit, there should be a pull-up on the left side, and the voltage is higher than the voltage on the right side.

For level conversion, what you want to ask is how to realize the on-off conversion. The key to turn-on here is the parasitic diode of the MOS. You can look at the information about the parasitic diode and you will understand how to switch.
