What's wrong with this circuit diagram? A big problem occurred after proofing the PCB board.

I want to design a photodiode current amplifier circuit. The photodiode is Hamamatsu S5973 and the operational amplifier is AD8001. After proofing the PCB board, it is found that the light has no effect on the output voltage of the circuit.

Current cannot be sampled directly, it is usually converted into voltage for indirect sampling. There are some problems in the design of the above drawings. You can consider differential sampling at both ends of the photodiode.

The input bias current of the op amp is higher than the working current of the photodiode, the op amp cannot work.

If the circuit is correct, it is recommended to re-adapt the op amp.
