Can the differential amplifier circuit of this K-type thermocouple work normally?

Now we need to use a K-type thermocouple to collect the outside temperature. According to the differential amplification example provided by the IC Data Sheet, build the following circuit diagram. I don't know if it can be used. The accuracy of external temperature measurement is 5%. Ue0=(1+2R1/R2) * (Ue2-Ue1), this formula is under the conditions of R1 = R5 and R3 = R4 = R6 = R7.

C3, C4, and R8 are not used. Connect a 1K resistor to GND for thermocouple 1 and 2 pins respectively.

Connect a 1K resistor to GND for thermocouple 1 and 2 pins respectively. In this way, when the measurement is higher than zero, can it be guaranteed that Ue2 is greater than or equal to Ue1?

The internal resistance of the thermocouple is very low, no problem. Or increase these two resistances to ground to 10K.
