This is a low-pass filter circuit, the negative input is also added with a 2.5V DC bias, and then a small AC voltage signal is connected in series.

I understand it this way, this is the single power connection of the op amp, 2.5V is equivalent to the op amp ground, 5.0V is 2.5V, GND is -2.5V
