Everyone, can this circuit amplify the input signal normally?

I think the input terminal should be connected to a capacitor, then the non-inverting terminal 2.5V will be normally biased, if the capacitor is not connected, the non-inverting terminal 2.5V will also be amplified, but the actual circuit is not connected to the capacitor, or there is a problem with my understanding, please ask Ask everyone.

This is a low-pass filter circuit, the negative input is also added with a 2.5V DC bias, and then a small AC voltage signal is connected in series.

I understand it this way, this is the single power connection of the op amp, 2.5V is equivalent to the op amp ground, 5.0V is 2.5V, GND is -2.5V

See what the ratio is, it's saturated.
