In a periodic waveform, how to know how many harmonics it has and how to determine its fundamental frequency. Then remove his harmonics through filtering? I don't know much about this, thank you all.

Can matlab do these?

The oscilloscope has an FFT, you can directly see the amplitude of each frequency band.

This is generally done through Fourier transform. There are related Fourier calculation functions in matlab. Just enter your parameter values directly.
