Why can't ATmega64 MCU call the delay function?

Hardware design

After I used the ATmega16 microcontroller, I switched to ATmega64. During the programming, I found that ATmega64 cannot call the delay function. I checked it on the Internet. Many people have encountered the same problem and haven't solved it. Who can help? Thank you.

Delay function, there is no strict requirement, just write one yourself.

For precision requirements, a timer is best.

Unfamiliar, it is a problem with the compiler.

I just played with it before. I picked up a few boards and bought a downloader. It seemed that ICCAVR was installed and I played with it. There is nothing special.

AVR's MCU is not easy to buy right now.
